Every festival has the same problem: 45-minute taco lines, lost friends, dead phones, and a magical day flattened into a screen. We kept trying to fix it with apps. The apps made it worse — another thing to pull out, another thing to drop in the mud.

Smart glasses change the constraint. The interface can finally disappear. You can pay with a look, find a friend with a glance, and never miss the chorus because you were squinting at a QR code.

OverlayOS is the platform that makes that real. Organizers upload an event, vendors plug in, and a virtual twin of the festival comes alive in the glasses of everyone there. Parks and plazas get the same engine, free.

We're starting with festivals because that's where the lines are longest and the moments are highest stakes. From there: stadiums, museums, conferences, downtown blocks on Friday night.
